I have over 10 years of experience in managerial positions in IT companies. I have worked in various sizes of businesses from startups to huge corporations. I also have experience with several types of agile development as well as larger projects in waterfall development in the aerospace industry.
I believe my strongest skill is working with people and creating long-term relationships. I can transform whole teams to be self-organized and independent with just a limited need for managerial work.
